Director of operations

Top 40 promotional products supplier, Spector & Co., takes on Roberto Trenard as Director of Operations in its production department.

In his role, Trenard will help oversee, direct, and coordinate actions so that goals set by departmental and company leadership can be met with ease. “Looking for areas where we can improve is something we take to heart, both for our employees and our customers,” declared Bacogiannis.

Trenard has a sophisticated understanding of how systems fit together and is expected to maintain a strong focus on core company values while also staying open to change. His understanding of the connections between people, business processes, technology and communicating across each of these areas will be key for long-term vision and continued growth of the organization.
