It is with great excitement that Spector & Co. announces the internal promotion of Juan Martinez to the position of Vice-President of Branding and Manufacturing Growth for North America.

Martinez is a 22-year veteran of the company. For the last 7 years he has led Spector’s Innovation Team. Previous to that, he was both Research & Development Manager and Production Manager.

Martinez has been indispensable to operations growth, not only by bringing new ideas and equipment to the production department, but also by strengthening company culture and comradery in the factory.

“Juan was pivotal in setting up our factory, in helping us invest in new forms of branding machinery, and in our operations and processes,” said Robert Spector, President & CEO. “All of which have furthered Spector & Co.’s growth.”

During his previous role as director of innovation, he has contributed to the successful launches of Spector & Co.’s Ashbury, Scribl, and Ora house brands. He expressed, “I’m incredibly excited to take on the challenges of this new role, and very much look forward to this next phase of my career which promises great adventure!”
