Firstly, on behalf of the entire Spector Team, I would like to thank you for being such loyal and consistent partners to Spector & Co. over the years. Your continued support means more than you know and it’s what allows us to continue to grow and succeed. Your ongoing belief in the Spector Team inspires us to meet and exceed your every expectation.

Secondly, I must advise you that Spector & Co. will implement an overall average price increase of 7% affecting select product lines, effective July 4th, 2022.

Leading up to this decision, there has been an increased cost in production and raw materials used to manufacture our products caused by several market factors outside of our control. Our team has reviewed our operating and cost structure over the last several months and are unfortunately unable to absorb all the costs. We, therefore, find it necessary to implement a price increase to ensure that we can continue to provide the expected high-quality customer service and product offerings to you, our valued partners.

We were happy to see that the price increase at the beginning of 2022 did not reach the highest level forecasted. We hope for the same outcome in the months following this announcement and continue to strive to improve efficiencies throughout all aspects of our business to mitigate these increases in the future. We are pleased to report that inventory is healthy and we are eager and ready to process your orders.
